MY SPIRITUAL JOURNEY
When I started doing breathwork, I did not know where it would lead…
The Unwrapping of a Soul
My soul needs its wrapper, though marred, scraped, and split at the creases— bound too tightly by effort and struggle, its waxed-over paper frays.
The once transparent, micro-thin layer at birth hardens with time. Early on its see-through nature gains soft hues and shades but, then the harshness of life bleeds concentrated opaques into its pulp. Flexibility wanes as it hardens, becoming worthy of the battles that forged it.
My wrapper binds my soul. My wrapper is my ego.
Letting Go of Control & Learning to Trust
Embracing surrender and placing trust in something greater than myself became essential. Yet, letting go did not come easily, nor did I trust without hesitation. Inch by inch, guided by experience, I made the deliberate choice to trust—first in the wisdom of others, and then in the profound guidance rising from within.
Once I glimpsed Opening Consciousness Within, I embraced surrender—not just once, but again and again, until I surrendered even the act of surrendering itself. What followed was a profound shift, a true “moving toward wholeness,” as reflected in Stan Grof’s concept of Holotropic healing.
From that journey came Healing and Transcendence beyond anything I could have imagined.
The Sky Revealed Truth: Naganited
During the solar eclipse on April 8, 2024, I held a private prayer ceremony in honor of Lake Ontario. The Great Lakeshave always held a special place in my heart, and offering prayers for their protection—along with all the waterways of our planet—is my way of supporting Earth’s vitality for the future.
How can I possibly know that my prayer ceremony had any impact? My answer is simple: look up. The Sky answered with a dragon’s face, a Naga’s face, revealing an undeniable truth—what dwells deep within us shapes all that surrounds us.
Use your inner “drops of experience” wisely. They demonstrate “perpetual perishing” and re-emerge, transforming—sometimes subtly, sometimes profoundly—through the force of your creative energy.
